About This Game Welcome to your Zenohell, soldier. Zenohell is a 90s styled shoot-em'up (in short, shmup) that is all about shooting, dodging, collecting medals and getting score, while blasting your speakers to the sound effects and music. Warning: The game does contain profanities at some points so tread carefully. - 6 stages of ever increasing scale and intensity - but there are more for the especially skilled pilots. - A secret mode that you can unlock. - 3 player ships offering completely different playstyles, with some more you can unlock by playing the game. - A 28 track soundtrack made by Jorgen "dj_emphatic" Sjolander, that you get for free with the game - just look at the data files. - 3 different gameplay modes. - Music modding, which lets you swap out the music for your personal favorites, if desired. - Options which let you customize your game view, TATE (rotating your screen), Filter, Transparent medals and more! - Gameplay from times when it was more about reflexes and less about complex scoring. We, at Grybanser Fox, are excited to finally show our game to the world and we hope that you will be as excited to play it as we were making it. 7aa9394dea Title: ZenohellGenre: ActionDeveloper:Team Grybanser FoxPublisher:Team Grybanser FoxRelease Date: 15 Oct, 2015 Zenohell Download For Pc [PC] zenohell download. arrogant zeno hell. zeno hell difficulty. zenohell steam I wanted to like this game, given how much I like Zenodyne R by the same team, but... The graphical quality is mediocre - it's supposed to look "retro", but it really just looks like it was all done in MS Paint. It's too graphically "busy" - it is waaaay too easy to miss bullets and powerups coming at you because they all blend into the background. It's too fast - Fast is practically a necessity in a shmup, but not how it's done here: it's impossible to dodge so it quickly becomes completely about memorization, which would be fine except the gameplay isn't designed for that and the enemy bullets are unrecognizable. Gameplay is pretty boring - at the end of the day it's a bland shooter with little variety.Skip this and get Zenodyne R by the same team. Every point listed above is fixed in the sequel.. I rate the game ZenoHell 2.5\/5. Not particularly good overall. Almost OK but for 10 dollars, this schmup is overpriced. Great sense of speed but I wish it had better graphics to go along with that. There are better games out there for the same price (Crimzon Clover: World Ignition, for example).+Easy and responsive controls which have a classic feel.+3 ships to control.+Lots of gameplay options.+Easy menus.+No bugs.+Extremely challenging but allows you to use as many 'continues' as you want.+\/-Extremely bad graphics except the game does feature a nice sense of speed. Unfortunately the landscapes which scroll by are mind-numbingly repetitive.+\/-This game has a brief background story but it lacks detail.-The retro styled chip-tunes music is only catchy in a few places. Mostly it's just either mediocre or irritating.-Boring, uninteresting bosses and enemies.-Repetitive, low-quality sound effects.-High system requirements, particularly when one considers how truly simple, even primitive, the graphics are.. This game really scratches that shmup itch! It's very easy to pick up and play, and you can get going within seconds, Aside from all the usual options desired by shmuppers (rotatable screen being the main one), you can also change the music pack used by the game. I haven't tried out the option just yet, but I imagine I could use Cave's music, for example.I'm not one for longer reviews, but I also want to praise the music and the art, since it becomes immediately clear that a lot of love was put into both these aspects. It feels a bit like I'm playing an Amiga game, and this is high praise in my book.. Awesome game! Would play again.. This game brings back my childhood. I always used to (and still do on occasion) play Strikers 1945 at the arcade at the local beach. These games (Zenohell and Zenodyne R) are just like that one and are some of the best retro style bullet hell\/vertical scrolling shooters I've ever played hands down. Get them if you like bullet hell games. Hell bids you enter. Victory may come slowly, painfully... Or perhaps not at all. But seek this despair, and you will be rewarded....8.8\/10-Rayne
